We conducted a thorough analysis of Hally Cosmetics’ existing brand assets, competitor packaging, and current trends in beauty and hair care. This research focused on identifying opportunities to differentiate the Shade Stix and Hair Applicator through inclusive design, bold visuals, and a user-centric approach.
The project centered on art direction and visual identity development. We designed a vibrant, modern color palette and typographic system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Our work included creating mood boards, style guides, and visual assets that could be used for packaging, digital content, and marketing materials. We collaborated closely with the Hally Cosmetics team to ensure the new visual identity aligned with their brand values and product positioning.
Our approach to messaging was to reinforce Hally Cosmetics’ commitment to inclusivity and self-expression. We developed key visual cues and messaging frameworks that highlighted the products’ versatility and the brand’s dedication to celebrating every shade and hair type. The tone was approachable, empowering, and informative.
The concept behind our support was to create a visual identity that would make Hally Cosmetics’ Shade Stix and Hair Applicator instantly recognizable and desirable. By focusing on bold, inclusive design and clear, confident messaging, we helped position the brand as a modern, accessible choice for beauty consumers seeking quality and individuality.
